Four Tips to Fight Back Pain

1. Maintain a Healthy Weight
Whether you are carrying an extra 20 pounds or an extra 200 pounds, carrying excess weight can really put a strain on your body, which can easily lead to back pain and discomfort. Make a concentrated effort to achieve a healthier weight and you might just be surprised at how great you feel.
2. Exercise Regularly
While back pain may make exercise painful or difficult at first, the good news is that regular exercise can really help ease your back pain symptoms when done regularly. Not only will you benefit from a healthier weight, but you will benefit from improved muscle strength and joint flexibility as well. 3. Watch Your Posture
